Terms of Use

Please read these Terms carefully. AI OneSearch is not a consumer reporting agency and may not be used for employment, housing, credit, insurance or other eligibility decisions (Section 4). Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel (Section 6). If you live in the United States, Section 15 requires individual arbitration and waives class actions, with a 30-day opt-out.

1. About us and these Terms

AI OneSearch, our mobile apps (including "OneSearch: DeepSearch Finder" on the Apple App Store and Google Play, the "App"), the website aichat-search.com and its search pages (together the "Service") are provided by Begamob Global Limited, 45-51 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("we", "us"). These Terms, together with our Acceptable Use Policy, Subscription Terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the agreement between you and us. By running a search, creating an account or purchasing a plan, you accept them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. What the Service does

People search. You enter a name, phone number or email address. We search publicly available sources, such as public social and professional profiles, public directories, published public records and pages on the open web, together with data licensed from third-party providers that compile such public information, and show matching results with their sources.

AI Search. You can ask questions in plain language. The Service uses third-party AI models to summarise sources and shows the sources used. AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.

Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. The Service does not access private accounts, private messages, passwords or devices, and does not provide real-time location, tracking or monitoring of any person.

4. Not a consumer reporting agency (FCRA)

We are not a "consumer reporting agency" and the information we provide is not a "consumer report" as defined by the US Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). You may not use the Service, or any information obtained from it, as a factor in deciding a person's eligibility for employment, housing or tenancy, credit, insurance, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA or similar laws. Our Acceptable Use Policy lists other prohibited uses.

5. Accuracy

Public information can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and results may concern a different person with a similar name, number or email. We do not verify the identity, character or background of anyone in our results. Check important details at the original source before relying on them. Results are not legal, financial or safety advice.

6. Paid plans

Some results and features require a paid plan. Plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices, billing periods, trials and introductory offers are shown before you confirm a purchase. Plans may be bought:

(a) in the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, in which case Apple or Google processes payment under their terms; or

(b) on our website through our payment processor and merchant of record, Paddle, whose checkout terms also apply.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for activity under your account. Do not share your account or resell access. You may delete your account at any time (see Delete your account); this does not cancel a paid plan by itself, and plans bought through Apple or Google must be cancelled with them.

9. Your searches and content

You must have a lawful reason for each search. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use results. You grant us a licence to process your searches and questions to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. People who appear in results

Anyone can ask us to remove or correct information about them, without an account, through Remove my information. We may restrict or remove results at any time, including to comply with law or protect someone's safety.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and compilation of results are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service under these Terms. If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its support. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. You may not copy, scrape, resell or build a database from results.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including that results are accurate, complete, current or about the person you intended, that AI answers are correct, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on results. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, without refund where the law allows, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, misuse results, act fraudulently, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Disputes

Please contact [email protected] first; we will try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

United States: any unresolved dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules; either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or class action. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

EU/UK and other countries: you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

17. Changes and general

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in the App, by email or on the website before they take effect; if you do not agree, cancel before the change applies. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. The English version prevails over translations.
