Subscription Terms
Last updated: 6 November 2026
Some AI OneSearch results and features require a paid plan. These Subscription Terms are part of our Terms of Use.
1. Plans and prices
Available plans may include weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions. The price, billing period, currency and any trial or introductory price are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Prices may vary by platform and region and may include taxes.
2. Trials and introductory offers
If a trial or introductory price is offered, the purchase screen states its length, the intro price (if any), the full price that applies afterwards and when it starts. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or intro period ends, the plan converts to the full price and renews each period until you cancel. Trials are available once per person.
3. Automatic renewal
Paid plans renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for after cancelling.
4. Confirmations
After each purchase and renewal you receive a receipt: from Apple or Google for in-app purchases, or from Paddle for website purchases. It shows the plan, the amount and how to manage or cancel it. We tell you at least 30 days before any price increase.
5. Price changes
Price changes apply from your next billing period after notice. Apple and Google may ask you to accept a price increase before it applies. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment for a website plan fails, Paddle may retry it for up to 14 days and paid features may pause until payment succeeds. You can cancel during this time. App Store and Google Play handle failed payments under their own rules.
7. Where you manage your plan
A plan is managed where you bought it: in your Apple ID settings, in Google Play, or through us for website purchases. In-app plans can be restored on a new device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account. Website plans unlock when you sign in with your purchase email.
8. Cancelling and refunds
See How to cancel and our Refund Policy.
9. EU and UK consumers
For website purchases you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. If you ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge at checkout that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully provided, you keep the right only to the extent provided by law. To withdraw, follow the steps on our cancellation page. App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple’s and Google’s policies.
